Overseeing the full onshore wind farm development process,
from site identification to receiving all necessary consents, this role will have
a particular emphasis on the management of environmental impact assessments.
Specifically, the role will include - Onshore wind farm site
identification - Management of the planning process and EIAs - Local community
and press liaisons - Consultee liaisons - Understanding of wind resources
- Wind farm design - Financial modeling and economic analysis - Securing
legal agreements with landowners Skills/qualifications required

Role
The role will include providing technical and commercial due
diligence services to existing and new clients, and your resume
should include experience in a similar role. Positions could
be based in any of the major wind development regions, depending
on qualifications and openings; candidates with electrical
or civil engineering experience are particularly welcomed.

Quantity Surveyor Location: Cockermouth,

The position is within the UK Wind Construction division, and involves the
Project Management, construction and operation of Wind Farms throughout the UK
and Ireland. Assist the Construction & Operations Director, these duties
include but are not limited to the following: - Review and monitor the Project
Management Agreements (PMA) - Assist with the development
and negotiations of tenders for PMAs " Management of client invoicing and payments
- Develop and negotiate claims - Assist with Cash flow predictions
- Assist Project Managers with the production of Civil and Electrical tenders

Skills and Qualifications The successful candidate needs to have at least
a degree qualification with chartered status preferred but not essential. Have
several years experience working in either contracting or PQS, with a proven track
record. Experience in ICE and FIDIC forms of contract would be beneficial. The
successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic, be able to work for long periods
unsupervised, have good negotiating skills and be capable of working as part of
a team. There will also be a requirement for incidental travel to sites, which
may require overnight accommodation, but the post is predominately based in our

degree qualified with an Engineering Geology, Geology or Civil Engineering degree.
You will need to be flexible, self motivated and capable of working in a small
team of likeminded individuals. Experience in geotechnical design is not a prerequisite
