Project Management and Turnkey Projects
Wind Prospect undertakes full project management or provides a turnkey arrangement, as circumstances require. Over the last decade Wind Prospect has managed the construction of over 50 sites, some of which were the most challenging wind farms in Europe.

Management includes all aspects of a project, including procurement, contract letting, contract and site management. Full or partial turnkey packages can be put together rapidly and cost effectively, using national or local contractors.

Construction management teams are now based in the UK, Ireland and Australia.

Turbine Selection and Procurement
Turbine procurement is one of the most important aspect of wind energy development. Turbines may represent up to 80% of the capital cost of a wind farm and their reliability and long term power output are crucial to the financial performance of the project.

It is important to secure not only an acceptable price, but also the right guarantees, delivery and performance bonds and specific guarantees on
aspects of performance governed by planning conditions, such as noise. All such aspects need to be closely tied in with the requirements of
financing institutions.
