Near Consent (United Kingdom)

To maintain reasonable project timescales we are having to demand that decisions be made. We have several sites at appeal in the UK, often due to non-determination. This includes Stacain which we have taken to Scotland's high court, the Court of Session.

In the last ten years we have won 8 out of 9 planning appeals.
