Two windclusters forming an array of 16 turbines line the
coast at Siddick and Oldside. It is an unusual site, as part
of the wind cluster is on reclaimed land and it includes the
first turbine to be have been sited on a UK golf course.
Wind Prospect developed and constructed this site in 1996,
placing great importance on working with locally based contractors
and succeeded in placing around £1 million pounds of
work with West Cumbrian companies.
