The proposed Harwich wind farm is designed to comply with the Ontario Power Authority's Standard Offer Contract program for renewables. The project is situated near the town of Blenheim, Ontario, in the Municipality of Chatham-Kent. Harwich wind farm would consist of a maximum of six wind turbines, access roads, underground and overhead collection cables, and a small switching substation.No large transmission towers are proposed as part of this project.
