Wind Prospect has grown rapidly from 2 people in 1997 to around 200 in 2009. In 2007 we were in the Sunday Times Fastrack 100 as one of the 100 fastest growing independent companies and in 2010 we were recognised in the Sunday Times International Track 100
Our staff are invaluable to us and we pride ourselves on a culture based on trust, devolution of responsibility and accountability within a federal structure.
Whilst the company supports and arranges social events, staff also choose to organise activities with colleagues outside work. Social activities in the firm are often spontaneous and organised by individual staff, within and between offices. In this way there is no sense of enforced fun, but the relationships people develop outside work, benefit the company when they are in work.
We focus hard on staff development and actively encourage employees to undertake studies such as Open University courses with company contributions.
We are independently owned by our directors and employees. Many of our staff join because they want to make a difference in combating global warming.
Our low staff turnover is indicative of an environment where trust, achievement and the individual are valued above all else.
